Being part of the National Express graduate scheme is a constant learning process and involves a lot of hard work. However the culture within the graduate community and the company as a whole, encourages those on the scheme to participate in activities and projects beyond the daily work life.
Such events not only help raising awareness for the graduate scheme but are also a good platform to get together on a social basis, meet new people within the business and share experiences, impressions, challenges and success.

| For anyone who saw the photos in the news of last year’s
Glastonbury Festival with thousands of tents floating on a lake of
mud and mountains of discarded wellies, you would be forgiven for
thinking any of us insane for wanting to volunteer in 2008! But
rising to the challenge in true National Express style, about 25
willing people including 5 volunteers from this year’s
