Our UK division comprises bus, coach, light rail, airport transfer and train services. It is headquartered in Birmingham in the West Midlands.

Buses

Our bus operations, based in the West Midlands, Dundee and London, together make up the largest single area bus network outside London.

Because of its base in the West Midlands, our bus division also operates the Midland Metro – the West Midlands’ light rail service.

Trains

We operate a range of commuter, intercity and rural passenger train services, including two of the most prestigious franchises in the country – National Express East Coast and National Express East Anglia, which includes Stansted Express. We also run the London commuter service, c2c.
