Employee engagement surveys
National Express Group works with a number of independent research companies to conduct employee surveys. With the exception of Spain & Morocco, each division holds an annual survey enabling it to identify trends and then create action plans to address any issues. In Spain & Morocco a survey is carried out every two years, using a slightly different methodology.
The UK surveys are carried out by VaLUENTiS and result in an engagement score out of 1,000. VaLUENTiS aligns the US survey data with the UK data to enable comparisions.
