Filming policy
National Express features regularly on TV, newspapers, radio and in feature films. In each case permission for any filming or photography must be granted beforehand by the Communications team.
Each request is considered on an individual basis and has to follow our filming guidelines. We do our best to assist with requests, but always have to consider the safety and operational impact in each case.
For news programmes:
We will make every effort to provide news organisations with access to our buses, coaches and managed-stations where the filming is relevant to National Express. We would ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible.
For non-news including current affairs, documentaries, commercial filming and photography:
We need at least seven working days' notice to consider a request and make the necessary arrangements.
Applicants will need to observe our rules for filming.
We have to cover the costs involved with facilitating filming, which includes the presence of a National Express representative. Rates will be dependent on the nature and extent of the request.
To make a request, please complete a filming request form and submit to the relevant communications team .
