100% for North Fambridge station
National Express East Anglia’s North Fambridge station has just achieved a perfect score of 100% in the latest mystery shopper survey.
Grace Stevens, Community Rail Officer for the Essex and South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership commented:
‘The vigilance and gardening work undertaken by the station adopters John and Win Wait as well as the maintenance provided by Norman Christenson from National Express East Anglia is a wonderful example of community rail partnership. Together they ensure that this station is kept to a high standard and has achieved this outstanding score.’
All stations are assessed for Service and Quality Standards on a regular basis and mystery shoppers experience the station as any member of the public would. The Service and Quality Standards criteria are based around the cleanliness, customer service and condition of all areas of the station including the car parks, shelters, platforms, announcements and customer information.
Manjit Kairo, National Express East Anglia’s Area Manager for Southend and Southminster commented:
‘The National Express East Anglia team, the Essex and South Suffolk Community Rail Partnership and the local station adopters have been working really hard to improve the station environment. These perfect scores are a testament to their efforts. I would like to thank them all for their sterling work.’
Manjit added: ‘The surveys are valuable to us in highlighting areas where we can improve the service we offer our customers. By learning from these assessments, we hope to improve the station environment even further in the future’
