50% off coach travel during February with National Express
Throughout February National Express is making travel even cheaper for over 60’s by offering up to 50% off coach travel to destinations throughout Britain.
The UK’s largest coach operator currently offers a 50% concessionary discount between Saturday – Thursday and 30% on Fridays, which is the busiest travel day. However, during February the 50% concessionary discount will be available seven days per week to over 1,000 destinations nationwide.
The concessionary fares are available during both peak and off-peak times and include everything from the sights and sounds of the UK’s top cities, to fantastic days out such as the Eden Project or Roman Chester. For those with grandkids, why not get back to nature, with routes taking you to the UK’s best loved countryside beauty spots, or, for adrenalin-junkies, National Express also goes to a number of UK theme parks.
Andy Shingler, Head of Marketing at National Express coach, comments:
“It is important in the current economic climate that coach travel remains excellent value for money and to demonstrate this we have extended our over 60’s concessionary discount. The concessionary fare is available to over 1,000 destinations nationwide and all you need to qualify for the discount is to be aged 60 or over.
“With a guaranteed seat, friendly drivers and a secure hold to look after your luggage there is no excuse not to get out and see the UK. Even during peak holiday and summer travel dates, travellers over 60 can still benefit from great fare deals with up to 50 percent off.
“Whether you want to make that long planned trip to see family, need to keep the grandkids occupied or just make the most of some time to yourself to explore the places you’ve always wanted to visit, there’s a trip to suit you.”
