National Express doubles your discount when you book online
Train operator National Express East Coast is encouraging rail customers to book tickets online via its website to take advantage of a new 20% discount on its lowest Standard Advance fares.
The new 20% promotion offers customers double the discount when booking online via www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com, and includes the usual online discount of 10%. The discount applies to the lowest Standard Advance fares subject to availability.
National Express East Coast Sales and Marketing Director Rachel Dawson said: “The 20% discount on our lowest Standard Advance fares offers excellent value for money for those buying their ticket online via our website. The new promotion provides the opportunity for our customers to take advantage of these low fares and enjoy a break at one of the great destinations on the East Coast Main Line.”
The discount is available to customers who book online between now and 6 April for travel any time between 15 April and 21 June 2009 to any destination on the East Coast route.
Advance fares are low prices available to purchase up to the day before travel. They offer low prices but more restrictions than tickets purchased on the day of travel, for example, they are for specific train times and are non refundable.
