National Express steps up a gear at half-term
National Express is stepping its coach services up a gear this October half-term as it adds thousands of extra seats and low cost fares to its network.
The UK’s largest coach operator is today (Thursday 22 October) announcing it is adding 11,000 extra seats, and making more than 200,000 fares from £6 available on its UK-wide coach network this coming half-term to enable as many people as possible to travel affordably.
National Express has already seen hundreds of thousands of customer bookings for the forthcoming half-term week (Friday 23 October – Sunday 1 November) as people prepare to take trips away from home.
To cope with the increased demand that the holidays inevitably bring, the national coach operator has added thousands of extra seats to its services, promising to keep adding capacity so those who want to travel, can.
London is the most popular place to travel to over the half-term offering visitors a whole host of sights and tourist attractions.
Meanwhile Heathrow and Stansted Airports are the next most popular destinations and people look to grab some late October sun abroad.
