Trust in us – National Express ‘most trusted’ ground transportation brand
National Express is the most trusted of all UK road and rail transport providers, reveals an independent new customer survey.
The coach operator ranks the highest for overall customer satisfaction amongst coach, bus and train operators according to the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index.
Published by the Institute of Customer Service, which surveys thousands of customers about their experiences with different transport brands, the study reveals National Express is the most trusted ground transportation brand and that its customers are more likely to recommend it to others compared to competing rail, bus and coach providers.
The UKCSI assesses a range of customer priorities which includes: Professionalism, quality and efficiency, ease of doing business, problem solving and timeliness.
The survey also reveals that in the context of falling levels of satisfaction with customer experience generally, including in the transport sector, satisfaction with National Express continues to accelerate, having improved since the last survey was taken in summer 2014.
