National Express Coventry bus service changes from 15th November 2020

National Express Coventry is making some minor changes to its bus network from 15th November.
All through the coronavirus pandemic, the bus operator has been adapting services to ensure key workers and other customers who rely on buses can continue to safely get to where they needed to be.
Chris Gibbens, Commercial Director at National Express Bus, said:
“The majority of our bus services in Coventry will run as normal to our current timetables. However, we’re making a few minor alterations from Sunday to ensure that our buses are in the right places at the right time of day for those customers who continue to use our services.
“To make things easier for our customers who aren’t travelling every day we’ve introduced a new Flexifare ticket. If you’re mainly travelling three days a week, our Flexifare subscription gives you 13 days’ travel a month for £39. Or if you’re not sure how often you’ll travel you can get a bundle of 10 day tickets to use any day you want over three months for just £35.
“We also understand that some customers aren’t able to travel with us at all at the moment, and you needn’t worry. We can temporarily suspend or refund the ticket or pass if you simply fill in a request form on our website. Full details of our ticketing options and our latest timetables are all available at nxbus.co.uk/coventry.”
