Phil works in London for a digital agency, and has been commuting daily with c2c from Leigh-on-Sea for the last four years.
Phil said: "The best thing about travelling with c2c is how reliable the service is - you turn up at the station and you can pretty much guarantee it will get you into work on time and back home again. Many of my colleagues often bemoan their commutes, but that rarely happens with c2c - and that makes an enormous difference when you live outside of London and have no other way to get into work. And my friends who live in or around Leigh all think the same."
"I also think the staff offer great customer service. As a regular commuter, you get to know the usual faces and appreciate what they do. I've always received friendly advice when I've needed it, even at the busiest or most difficult times."
"What's changed most in the last 18 months is the way you can find out so much information from c2c on Twitter. They're great at pumping out advice when something has happened so you always know what's going on, and they've always responded to the questions I've asked. You can really tell it's a service provided by a real person, not something automated."
