We operate non-scheduled coach operations under one brand – National Express Transport Solutions (NETS) – serving the fragmented commuter, corporate shuttle, private hire and holiday markets.
Our National Express Accessible Transport (NEAT) business delivers accessible travel solutions for home-to-school travel and the wider community.
National Express is the largest operator of scheduled coach services in the UK, operating high frequency services across the country using our fleet of iconic white coaches.
National Express Leisure offers ready made and build you own packages for holidays and leisure travel by coach.
The business also operates Dublin Express services in Ireland, between Dublin city centre and the airport.

National Express operates the West Midlands Ring & Ride accessible transport service on behalf of Transport for West Midlands, and operates a number of home to school services for special education students, on behalf of Birmingham City Council and other local authorities.
National Express Transport Solutions (NETS) was formed in July 2020, bringing together two leading UK coach hire brands - Lucketts Group and The Kings Ferry Group.
NETS offers a comprehensive range of transport solutions for all types of requirements, from the private hire for leisure and events, through to corporate travel solutions, commuter services, employee shuttles, coach holidays and day trips.
The business has a strong operational presences in the South and South East of England, with a platform of partner operators across the UK which can deliver a consistent level of service nationally.
